Toolwise is private internal software operated by Kabir Hafeez at https://kabir.toolwise.tech. It is not offered as a public service. The terms below exist to satisfy third-party platform requirements (Meta, Cloudflare, Google, etc.) that integrate with Toolwise.
Access is restricted to Kabir Hafeez. No user accounts are offered to external parties. If you are reading this and you are not Kabir, you are not authorized to use Toolwise.
Toolwise is used to manage social media content for paying clients of the agency. The operator is responsible for ensuring posts comply with each connected platform's terms of service (Meta Community Standards, Instagram Platform Policy, etc.). Toolwise itself does not evaluate or moderate content beyond technical validation (image dimensions, character limits, etc.).
When Toolwise publishes to or reads from a third-party platform via the operator's authorization, the operator agrees to that platform's terms. Toolwise relays the operator's actions; it does not assume the operator's responsibilities under those platforms' terms.
Toolwise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator accepts that AI-generated content (captions, images) may be incorrect, low quality, or off-brand and is responsible for reviewing all output before publishing.
The author of Toolwise (Kabir Hafeez, in his capacity as developer of this private tool) is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of Toolwise beyond the cost of the subscription services (OpenAI, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, etc.) that the operator pays directly.
The operator may stop using Toolwise at any time by shutting down the deployment. There are no recurring obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, the operator's country of residence and primary place of business.
